ASK ME ANYTHING

I have to admit, I usually do buy into the whole ‘over-priced’ gift sets you get from certain places. At Christmas I have to hold myself back from buying the little pieces.

A few weeks ago I had a friend come to stay and we went to John Lewis. One of my my first times in the store and we were both blown away. No idea why we got quite so excited about every single little thing in the store, from sofas to iPod speakers, to coffee machines and boardgames. We became so manic and over active we actually wore ourselves out.

Then today on my way home from uni I decided to pop into the Debenhams as I’d never explored the one in Southampton and wow, it was big. I didn’t spend too long in there because the weather was awful and eugh so I decided to just have a quick browse. I was amazed that every time you got off an escalator there were 100’s of mini gift sets. Obviously a keen marketing technique.

A browse around a shop is inspiration enough for most blog posts, I decided to do a wishlist. I do love making lists. Though this is a bit of a fantasy one. Not going to be able to actually afford anything on this list. Well maybe a couple but I have better priorities, like moisteriser and oh the most fun item; a roasting dish.
