I don’t think I have ever done a post just about lingerie. Obviously, we are always wearing underwear, but it’s only occasionally that I bother making it match or wearing a particular beautiful set. I think with some money I get for Christmas (if any) I shall go on a nice spending spree for a bit of new underwear.

I have to admit I hate paying for lingerie. Overpriced is certainly the word that comes to mind when thinking about buying it. La Senza, £28 for a bra? I don’t think so. It’s the same with most high-street shops such as Topshop. I usually stick to Primark when buying. Even though their prices have increased in recent times I still believe they do the best value for money and it actually looks nice too, not all of it is cheap and tacky

Browsing the internet shops, as I regularly do, I came across some beautiful bra-lets. They are a weakness of mine, I only have two but I once spent £28 on one, in a whim in Topshop Oxford Street. So impractical, it itches, it isn’t padded and I get hot in it quite a lot but well, it was just too pretty. Back then I did have a passion for florals too, that seems to have died a tad. 

I think my fave out of all of these would certainly be the Topshop ones. I want to buy a few of these bra-lets to actually wear out. I know that might not seem too appropriate and often I look down on people who wear bras as outerwear on a night out but I’d make sure I would be covered up elsewhere. It is very easy to end up looking slightly like a prostitute on a night out. This usually only applies to a certain few. I do apologise for being so judgemental as I am sure they are lovely people but if you are over 5ft 7, slim with big boobs, it probably isn’t appropriate to wear the tightest dress possible, showing off your cleavage and 7 inch heels just on a night out in Southampton.

WOW I sound like a horrible, negative person right now. Maybe it is just jealousy, that they can get away with it.
